409 <br /> <br /> Dr. Hall congratulated the Planning Commission and Social Development <br /> Commission for their work on the Comprehensive Plan and for their emphasis <br /> on the Race Relations Study. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING: Mr. Wiley stated that the joint public hearing by Council and the <br />AMENDING <br />BGUNDARIES OF Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority was being held to hear <br />THE VINEGAR HILL · <br />REDEVELOPMENT comments on the proposal to include a parking lot owned by the City and an <br />PLAN <br /> abandoned· service~ station in the Vinegar Hill Redevelopment Plan. Vanderpool and Mr. Peatross <br />in their reading of the State Code concerning the requirements necessary for <br />acquisition by the Housing Authority.
