Communication re: <br />Ch'ville Development <br />Group - Consulting <br />Contract <br /> <br />Staff Report re: <br />Outreach Counseling <br />Services <br /> <br />Mr. Smith agreed tha~ the purpose of his proposal that <br />he was seeking acceptance of the proposal from City Council and that <br />he was willing to live with conditions ~nich council might impose <br />concerning the design concept and that he was willing to work <br />within the community concept. <br /> <br /> Councillor O'Brien indicated she felt the process was a good <br /> one. She also indicated that City Council's problem with other <br /> projects was the inadequacy of thT design and the Council's final <br /> decision would be based on the proposed design. <br /> Mayor Brunton noted that ~tr.
