<br /> Mr. Cole Hendrix, City Manager, requested that the Annual
<br />Appropriation Resolution be offered for consideration
<br />at the next meeting, even though the final figures have yet to
<br />be decided. This would enable Council to adopt the resolution
<br />on second reading at a convenient time following adoption of
<br />the budget. Staff will make the appropriate changes in
<br />the resolution before the second reading. On motion by Mrs.
<br />O'Brien, seconded by Mr. Albro, the resolution entitled
<br />
<br />"A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE
