Ordinance re: Ordinance Zoning On motion by Mrs. Rinehart, seconded by Mr. Gilliam the Council approved the amendments to pages 22, 28, 37, 53, 54, 81, 96, 107, and 67 thru 72a of such proposed ordinance as transmitted by memorandum from the City Attorney dated Dec. ember 10, 1975, which memorandum and revised pages are on file with minutes of this meeting, by the following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Fife, Mr. Gilliam, Mrs. Rinehart and Mr. Van Yahres. Noes: None. Absent: Mr. Barbour. On mOtion by Mr*. Gilliam, seconded by Mr. Fife such proposed ordinance was further amended by reincluding there- in an article from the existing zoning ordinance entitled "BUILDING., SET BACK LINE ON CERTAIN STREETS" the proposed text of which is included on file with the minutes of this meeting, by the following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Fife, Mr. Gilliam, Mrs. Rinehart and Mr. Van Yahres. Noes: None. Absent: Mr. Barbour. On motion by Mrs.Rinehart, seconded by Mr. Gilliam such proposed ordinance was further amended by the inc%~sion of a Section 198.1 inadvertently deleted, entitled "REQUIRED SIDEWALKS, CURBS AND GUTTERS," by the following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr,.Fife, Mr. Gilliam, Mrs. Rinehart and Mr. Van Yahres. Noes: None. Absent: Mr. Barbour. On motion by Mrs. Rinehart, seconded by Mr. Gilliam the .zoning map .proposed by the Planning Commission was amended by expanding the~Historic Preservation District northward along the western side of Park Street to include all parcels fronting on Park Street between the northern boundry of ex£sting historic district, and the Route 250 By-Pass, provided that such Historic Preservation District should only extend 200 feet west of Park Street on parcel 52-53; by the following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Fife, Mr. Gilliam, Mrs. Rinehart and Mr. Van Yahres. Noes: None. Absent: Mr. Barb our. On motion by Mrs. Rinehart, seconded by Mr. Fife property at the intersection of Hydraulic Road and Brandywine Drive, shown on the Zoning Map proposed by the Planning Commission to be zoned R-2 Residential District, was changed to R-1 Residential District, by the following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Fife, Mrs. Rinehart and Mr.Van Yahres. Noes: None. Abstained: Mr. Gilliam. Absent: Mr. Barbour. Mr. Gilliam took no part in the discussion of the zoning classification of this property due to ptotential conflict of interest. On motion by Mr. Gilliam, seconded by Mrs. Rinehart the Zoning Map proposed by the Planning Commission was amended to conform the zoning district classification in the vicinity of Earhart ~Street to coincide with a map prepared by the Department of Community Development, on file with the minutes of this meeting, by the following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr.
