Noes: Mr. Fife. <br /> Absent: Mr. Barbour. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Fife, seconded by Mr. Gilliam the zoning <br /> map proposed by the Planning Commission was amended to change <br /> the zoning classification of the City owned property, designated <br /> as Meadowcreek Park by resolution adopted earlier in this <br /> meeting, to R-1 Residential District, by the following recorded <br /> vote. Ayes: Mr. Fife, Mr. Gilliam, and Mr. Van Yahres. Noes: <br /> Mrs. Rinehart. Absent: Mr. Barbour. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Gilliam, seconded by Mr. Fife the Zoning <br /> Map proposed by the Planning Commission was amended to change <br /> from R-3 Residential to M-1 Industrial District the zoning <br /> classification of property in the vicinity of Garrett Street <br /> Urban Renewal Area as shown on a memorandum from Douglas <br /> Venable, Planner, dated December 1, 1975, on file with the <br /> minutes of this meeting, by the following recorded vote. <br /> <br /> Ayes: Mr. Fife, Mr. Gilliam, Mrs. Rineharn and Mr. Van Yahres. <br /> Noes: None. Absent: Mr. Barbour. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Gilliam, seconded by Mr. Fife the Zoning <br /> Map proposed by the Planning Commission was amended to change <br /> from R-3 Residential District to B-1 Business District property <br /> at the corner of Dice and Ridge Street, by the following <br /> recorded vone. Ayes: Mr. Fife, Mr. Gilliam. and Mrs. Rinehart. <br /> NOes: Mt.Van Yahres. Absent: Mr. Barbour. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mrs .Rinehart, seconded by Mr. Fife the Zoning <br /> Map proposed by the Planning Commission was amended to designate <br /> as Residential-Mobile Home Park (RMHP) Districts, tax map <br /> parcels numbered 49-125, 34.90.1, 56A-87.1 and 59A-371, which <br /> parcels presently contain trailer courts; by the following <br /> recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Fife, Mr. Gilliam, Mrs. Rinehart <br /> and Mr. Van Yahres. Noes: None. Absent: Mr. Barbour. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mrs. Rinehart, seconded by Mr. Fife the <br /> <br />Zoning Map proposed by the Planning Commission was amended to <br />change from R-2 Residential District to B-2 Business District <br />the property located at 1007 Linden Street, indentified on <br />City Real Property Tax Map 61 as parcel 54, lots 16a and 16b, <br />as recommended by the Planning Commission following a joint <br />public hearing held on December 9, 1975, by the following <br />recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Fife, Mr. Gilliam~ Mrs. Rinehart and <br />Mr. Van Yahres. Noes: None. Absent: Mr. Barbour. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Gilliam, seconded by Mrs. Rinehart the <br />Zoning Map proposed by the Planning Commission was amended to <br />correct the following drafting errors which have been discovered <br />in reviewing the existing Zoning Classifications: Parcels 5-122 <br />and 5-130, changed from R-3 Residential District to R-1 <br />Residential District; Parcel 5-119, changed from R-1 Residential <br />District to R-3 Residential District; Parcels 30-139, 30~122, <br />30-87, 30-89 and 30-73 changed from R-2 Residential District to <br />B-2 Business District. <br /> <br />Such changes were approved by the following <br /> <br /> <br />
