Ordinance re: Theatrical Performances Ordinance re: Closing certain streets and alleys in Garrett Street Project Consideration re: Ordinance - Parking Privileges to members of Volunteer Fire Company and Rescue Squad Postponement of meeting GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS - January 1, 1977 thru June 30, 1977 An ordinance .entitled "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REENACT SECTION 15-104 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976 ENTITLED "THEATRICAL PERFORMANCES"," which was offered at the meeting of the Council on April 4, 1977 was adopted by the following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Barbour, Mr. Fife, Mr. Gatewood and Mrs. O'Brien. Noes: None. Absent: Mr.Brunton. An ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE CLOSING, VACATING AND DISCONTINUING CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE GARRETT STREET PROJECT IN THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE," which was offered at the meeting of the Council on April 4, 1977, was adopted by the following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Barbour, Mr. Fife, Mr. Gatewood and Mrs. O'Brien. Noes: None. Absent: Mr. Brunton. An ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, BY ADDING SECTIONS 10-56.1 AND 16-55.1 RELATING TO THE LICENSING AND PARKING OF VEHICLES BELONGING TO MEMBERS OF THE CHARLOTTESVILLE VOLUNTEER FIRE COF~ANY AND THE CHARLOTTESVILLE-ALBEMARLE RESCUE SQUAD, INC.," was offered by Mr. Fife, seconded by Mr. Barbour and carried over to the next meeting for consideration. The Mayor announced that the meeting of May 2nd would be post- poned to May 9th at 8:15 p.m. since a majority of the member of Council would be away from the City. On motion by Mr. Fife, seconded by Mr. Gatewood the following allocations were made from the General Revenue Sharing Funds for the period January 1, 1977.thru June 30, 1977.
