'This <br /> appropriation is conditioned upon receipt of $40,000 from the <br /> Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority. <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION: $3,120 - THERAPEUTIC RECREATION PROGRAM <br />(2nd reading) <br /> <br /> The $3,120 appropriation for the Therapeutic Recreation <br /> Program which was offered at the August 5th meeting was <br /> approved by the following vote. Ayes: Rev. Edwards, Mr. <br /> Toscano, Mr. Vandever, Ms. Waters. Noes: None. Absent: <br /> Ms. Slaughter. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia that the sum of $3,120.00, received <br />from the County of Albemarle as revenue to the Therapeutic <br />Recreation Program in the Parks & Recreation Department, is <br />hereby appropriated to the following General Fund expenditure <br />accounts for FY 1991-1992: <br /> <br />$2,120.00 <br />$1,000.00 <br /> <br />05-172-072110-52128 <br />05-172-072110-53199 <br /> <br />Recreation Supplies <br />Other Contractual Services <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION: $190,737 -~M.O. MOHR CENTER GRANT (2nd reading) <br /> <br /> The $190,737 appropriation for the M. O. Mohr Center <br />Grant which was offered at the August 5th meeting was <br />approved by the following vote. Ayes: Rev. Edwards, Mr. <br />Toscano, Mr. Vandever, Ms. Waters. Noes: None. Absent: <br />Ms. Slaughter. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia, that the sum of $190,737 is hereby <br />appropriated in the Grants Fund to expenditure account <br />11-042-062025 for operation of the M. O. Mohr Center during <br />the 1991-92 fiscal year. The M. O. Mohr Center shall be <br />operated by the Region Ten Community Services Division of <br />Alcohol and Substance Abuse under contract with the City. <br />Such appropriation shall be conditioned upon receipt of <br />$81,378 from the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice <br />Services Grant #92-A7712, and $109.359 shall be transferred <br />from account 05-3020131034 in the General Fund to the Grants <br />Fund, for a total appropriation of $190,737. <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION: $38,728.35 - FIRE PROGRAMS (2nd reading) <br /> <br /> The $38,728.25 appropriation for Fire Programs which was <br />offered at the August 5th meeting was approved by the <br />following vote. Ayes: Rev. Edwards, Mr. Toscano, Mr. <br />Vandever, Ms. Waters. Noes: None. Absent: Ms. Slaughter. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia that the sum of $38,728.35, <br />received from the Commonwealth of Virginia for local operation <br />of fire protection programs, is hereby appropriated to <br />expenditure account 11-260-042020 in the Grants Fund for the <br />purchase of firefighting equipment and related training <br />expenses. <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION: <br /> <br />(2nd reading) <br /> <br />$2,000 - RIVANNA PUMP STATION LANDSCAPING <br /> <br /> The $2,000 appropriation for the Rivanna Pump Station <br />landscaping-which was offered at the August 5th meeting was <br />approved by the following vote. Ayes: Rev. Edwards, Mr. <br />Toscano, Mr. Vandever., Ms. Waters. Noes: None. Absent: <br />Ms. Slaughter. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia, that the sum of $2,000.00, <br />received as a donation from the Rivanna Water and Sewer <br />Authority, for the purpose of defraying the cost of <br />landscaping the Rivanna Pump Station site, is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />
