Required parking spaces. <br />• The following chart sets forth the number of parking spaces required <br />for specific uses: <br />TYPE OF USE <br />(a) Residential: <br />(6) Group homes <br />MINIMUM NUMBER OF REQUIRED PARKING <br />SPACES <br />one space for each two bedrooms <br />Section 31-156. Rules for computing required spaces. <br />The number of required spaces shall be computed as follows: <br />(a) "Floor area" shall mean the gross floor area.- unless otherwise <br />specified. <br />(b) Where fractional spaces result, the parking spaces required <br />shall be computed to the nearest whole number. <br />(c) The parking space requirements for a use not specifically <br />mentioned in this chapter shall be the same as required for the most similar <br />use mentioned. <br />Section 31-159. Aisles; entrance, exit driveways and loading space. <br />Aisles, entrance and exit driveways shall be built to the following <br />minimum specifications: <br />(a) Aisles with two-way traffic movement shall be not less than <br />twenty-twefour feet in width. <br />Section 31-161. Screening. <br />The parking areas for multi -family residential, commercial, <br />institutional, industrial and recreational uses shall be visually screened <br />from any adjoining premises used or zoned for residential purposes. with <br />e-we}}-er-fence;-er-a-eemgeet-evergreen-tree-er-sbrxb-hedge;-}seated-en <br />e-str4g-ef-fend-net-}ess-then-five-feet-#n-wfdth;-guarded-with-whee}- <br />bumgers: All such screening shall be sufficiently dense or opaque to screen <br />the parking areas from the adjacent properties. Where any such parking lot <br />• abuts a street line, wheel bumpers shall be provided adjacent to the <br />street line and properly maintained. <br />
