I W, Pg. 2 (c) The Board of Architectural Review: • (1) Review any exterior changes or modifications and the state of maintenance and repair of building, structures, spaces, sites and landmarks and their environment subject to this chapter. (d) Historic Landmarks Commission: (1) Recommend to the City Council (with supporting data structures or sites for designation as historic landmarks. (2) Recommend to the City Council (with supporting data) other structures and sites deemed to be historically, culturall or architecturally significant, for designation as such. Section 31-127.2. Applicability. The provisions of this article shall apply to the following: (a) Structures and their n Control District as del ted on within the Architectural e citv zoning district m (b) Historic landmarks identified by the Virginia Historic Landmarks Commission and the property upon which such landmarks are located when • designated on the city zoning map by the city council.
