• <br />E <br />• <br />2. <br />(c) The board of architectural review: <br />(1) Review any exterior changes or modifications and <br />the state of maintenance and repair of buildings, structures, <br />spaces, sites and landmarks and their environment subject <br />to this chapter in the architectural design control district. <br />(d) Historic landmarks commission: <br />(1) Recommend to the city council (with supporting data) <br />structures or sites for designation as historic landmarks. <br />(2) Recommend to the city council (with supporting data) <br />other structures and sites deemed to be historically, culturally <br />or architecturally significant, for designation as such. <br />(e) Downtown board of architectural review: <br />(1) <br />buildinq <br />downtown arch <br />exterior changes or modifica <br />ect to the <br />es <br />sites and landmarks and their <br />visions of this chapter in the <br />control district. <br />Section 31-127.2. Applicability. <br />The provisions of this article shall apply to the following: <br />(a) Structures and their environment within the architectural <br />design control district as delineated on the city zoning district <br />map. <br />(b) Historic landmarks identified by the historic landmarks <br />commission and the property upon which such landmarks are located <br />when designated on the city zoning map by the city council. <br />(c) Other historically architecturally or culturally significant <br />structures or sites and the property upon which such structures are <br />located when designated on the city zoning map by city council. <br />(d) Structures in existence in 1880 and the property upon which <br />such structures are located. <br />(e) The environment, visible from any public street or place, <br />immediately surrounding the structure and the property upon which <br />such structure is located. <br />(f) The exterior architectural character of the structures <br />covered above. <br />(g) Structures and their environment within the downtown archi- <br />+act„ral desian control district as delineated on the city zoning map. <br />
