Same - Number and qualifications of <br />members. <br />(a) The board of architectural review shall be composed of seven <br />members appointed by the city council, all of whom shall be qualified <br />residents of the city. <br />(b) Of the members, two shall be eerti€ied licensed architects, <br />one a member of the city planning commission, one an established <br />licensed real estate broker and three other persons. <br />Section 31-136. Same - Quorum. <br />Four members of the board of architectural review present -and <br />veting shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. <br />Section 31-137. Same - Chairman; vice-chairman; <br />secretary. <br />At the first meeting of the board of architectural review, the <br />members, by majority vote, shall elect one of their number to serve as <br />• chairman. Thereafter, a chairman shall be elected annually at the <br />first meeting to be held on or after July first in each year. Similarly, <br />the members shall elect a vice-chairman, and shall elect a secretary, <br />who may or may not be a member of the board. <br />Section 31-138. Same - Removal of member. <br />Any member of the board of architectural review may be removed <br />from office by city council, for inefficiency, <br />neglect of duty or malfeasance. <br />Section 31-139.1. Same - Number and qualification of <br />members. <br />(a) The historic landmarks commission shall be composed of seven <br />members appointed by city council, all of whom shall be residents of <br />the city. <br />(b) Of the members, one shall be a member of the city planning <br />commission, one a member of the board of architectural review, one a <br />eerti€ied licensed architect, one a resident of the architectural <br />design control district, and three other members. <br />• <br />
