0 <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING AND REENACTING THE DISTRICT MAP INCORPORATED <br />IN SECTION 31-4 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, <br />AS AMENDED, BY THE REZONING OF PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT FIFTH STREET, S.W. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia that the District Map <br />Incorporated in Section 31-4 of the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, as <br />amended, be amended and reenacted as follows: <br />Section 31-4. Zoning District Map. <br />Rezoning from R-3 Residential Multiple Dwelling to <br />B-3 Business, the property on the east side of 5th <br />Street, S.W., south of the Willoughby Subdivision and <br />across from the north entrance to Willoughby Square <br />Shopping Center. This property is further identified <br />on City Real Property Tax Map 21-B as parcels 8 and 9, <br />• having collectively 440 feet of frontage on 5th Street, <br />S.W.
