C] <br />(a) Any use permitted by right in the R-2 Residential <br />District according to the regulations set forth in Article III, <br />except that the area regulations of the R-2 District shall not <br />apply when a lot contains three or more units. <br />(b) Multiple dwellings. <br />(c) Townhouses, subject to requirements set forth in <br />section 31-29 of this Code and other relevant requirements set <br />forth in this article. <br />(d) Major libraries, museums, colleges and training <br />centers. <br />(e) Private schools. <br />(f) Day care centers, nursery schools, kindergartens, pre- <br />schools, play schools and similar establishments where six <br />persons or more are present, excluding staff. <br />(g) Private recreational facilities for group use such as <br />country clubs, tennis clubs, swimming clubs, golf courses and <br />similar establishments. <br />• (h) Nonresidential religious, educational and philanthropic <br />institutions, agencies or centers, but not penal or mental <br />institutions. <br />• <br />(i) Public outpatient clinics and health outreach services. <br />(j) Retail sales and consumer service use, subject to the <br />conditions set forth in section 31-30 of this Code. <br />(k) Administration office use in conjunction with principal <br />use, an office for administration of a multiple -dwelling <br />development of ten or more units. <br />(1) Accessory buildings and uses which are customarily <br />incidental to any uses permitted in this district. If a storage <br />garage is not a part of the main building, it shall be located in <br />the rear yard where adjacent to residential use or district. <br />Such accessory building and uses shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the provisions of article XXIII of this chapter. <br />(m) Privately owned parks or playgrounds and related <br />recreational buildings. <br />4 <br />
