• (e) Cemeteries. <br />(f) Home occupation or office of resident, in connection <br />with a dwelling unit is a permitted use; provided that: <br />(1) No more than one person is employed for this <br />purpose by and in addition to a member of the family who resides <br />on the premises; <br />(2) Use of the dwelling for such purposes does not <br />require more than one-fourth of the gross floor area of the <br />dwelling unit, or eight hundred square feet, whichever is the <br />lesser; <br />(3) There is no advertising other than a <br />nonilluminated identification sign of not more than one square <br />foot in area; <br />(4) There is no display or storage of materials or any <br />other exterior indication of the home occupation; <br />(5) There is no exterior variation from the <br />residential character of the main building or accessory building; <br />(6) There is no inventory kept on the premises; <br />(7) There is no group instruction; <br />(8) No exterior lighting is used except that which is <br />normally permitted and used in connection with a dwelling; <br />• (9) No mechanical equipment is used other than that <br />which is normally used for residential household purposes or for <br />office purposes; except, that a resident may use certain <br />equipment peculiar and customary to the practice of such <br />occupation, so long as there is no exterior indication by noise, <br />glare, odor or vibration of the operation of such equipment; <br />(10) Provided, that traffic generated by such an <br />occupation shall not create a safety hazard or cause <br />congestion; <br />(11) Restaurants and vehicle repair facilities shall <br />not be considered home occupations. <br />(g) Accessory buildings and uses. Accessory buildings and <br />uses customarily incident to the above uses shall be permitted <br />including a private garage, storage building, tennis court, or <br />swimming pool serving an individual residence. Such buildings <br />and uses shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions <br />of article XXIII of this chapter. <br />(h) Circuses, carnivals and other similar transient <br />amusement enterprises shall be permitted uses subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />(1) The sponsor of <br />temporary permit for such use <br />(2) The temporary <br />• greater than fourteen days; <br />(3) The temporary <br />zoning administrator, have an <br />neighborhood; <br />such use shall first secure a <br />from the zoning administrator; <br />use shall not continue for a period <br />use shall not, in the opinion of the <br />adverse impact on the surrounding <br />
