• The obligation herein specified shall remain in force ad effect during the life of every sign and shall not be cancelled by the principal or surety until after a 30 day notice to the zoning administrator, after which time the sign must be immediately removed. Section 31-191. Site plan review required. The site plan review shall be required for the following: (a) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all building structures or uses except single family detached dwellings, single family attached dwellings not exceeding two units and two family dwellings. (b) Where a change of use of an existing structure requires additional parking or other requirements applicable to new use, a site plan shall be submitted for review to insure that the change of use can be accomplished within the purpose and intent of this chapter except when such requirement is waived as provided in section 31-192. C) The removal of any trees of 15 inch caliper or more on • any site other than for sinale family detached dwellings, single family attached dwellings not exceeding two units and two family dwellings. w Section 31-193. Site plan contents. The site plan shall include the following: (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) ( f ) (g) (h) (i) (j) The location of all trees existing on the site prior to construction with a caliper of eight inches or greater. The site plan shall show wooded areas which shall be designated by symbols coincident with the areas of trees; and an indication of which trees are to be retained and which are have to be removed, along with methods to be used to assure that the trees will be • adequately protected during construction. Such methods shall conform to the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook, and shall be shown on a tree protection plan. 9
