• The obligation herein specified shall remain in force ad <br />effect during the life of every sign and shall not be cancelled <br />by the principal or surety until after a 30 day notice to the <br />zoning administrator, after which time the sign must be <br />immediately removed. <br />Section 31-191. Site plan review required. <br />The site plan review shall be required for the following: <br />(a) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all <br />building structures or uses except single family detached <br />dwellings, single family attached dwellings not exceeding two <br />units and two family dwellings. <br />(b) Where a change of use of an existing structure requires <br />additional parking or other requirements applicable to new use, a <br />site plan shall be submitted for review to insure that the change <br />of use can be accomplished within the purpose and intent of this <br />chapter except when such requirement is waived as provided in <br />section 31-192. <br />C) The removal of any trees of 15 inch caliper or more on <br />• any site other than for sinale family detached dwellings, single <br />family attached dwellings not exceeding two units and two family <br />dwellings. <br />w <br />Section 31-193. Site plan contents. <br />The site plan shall include the following: <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />(c) <br />(d) <br />(e) <br />( f ) <br />(g) <br />(h) <br />(i) <br />(j) The location of all trees existing on the site prior to <br />construction with a caliper of eight inches or greater. The site <br />plan shall show wooded areas which shall be designated by symbols <br />coincident with the areas of trees; and an indication of which <br />trees are to be retained and which are have to be removed, along <br />with methods to be used to assure that the trees will be <br />• adequately protected during construction. Such methods shall <br />conform to the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook, <br />and shall be shown on a tree protection plan. <br />9 <br />
