• Section 34-46. General powers and duties of administrator. <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />(c) . . . <br />(d) The zoning administrator is authorized to grant a <br />variance to building setbacks of less than one (1) foot provided <br />the same zoning district and the same vicinity; and (iii) the <br />authorization of the variance will not be of substantial detriment <br />to adiacent property and the character of the zoning district will <br />not be changed by the granting of the variance. Prior to the <br />granting of a variance, the zoning administrator shall give, or <br />the notice. If any adjoining property owner obiects to said <br />request in writing within the time specified above, the request <br />shall be transferred to the Board of Zoning Appeals for decision. <br />ARTICLE XIII. B-3 BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />Section 34-438. Permitted uses - By right. <br />The following uses shall be permitted by right in the B-3 <br />Business District: <br />(1) <br />(2) <br />Section 34-439.
