• <br />• <br />ARTICLE XVIII -A. ENTRANCE CORRIDOR HISTORIC (ECH) OVERLAY DISTRICT. <br />Section 34-679. Signs. <br />The following regulations shall apply in the ECH District in <br />addition to those outlined in Article XX, Signs: <br />(1) <br />The provisions of Section 34-774 regarding replacement or <br />consolidated signs shall not apply in the ECH Districts. <br />Section 34-681. Design review. <br />Building elevations shall be provided as part of the site plan <br />submittal package. <br />ARTICLE XIX. OFF-STREET PARKING <br />Section 34-700. Conditions for exempt area. <br />(a) Any new construction in the exempt area which replaces <br />existing floor area or increases the existing floor area by less <br />than ten (10) percent shall not be required to meet the <br />requirements of this article. <br />(b) Any addition to the exempt area which increases the <br />existing floor area by more than ten (10) percent shall be required <br />to provide one service space and at least one handicapped space <br />process, Section 34-910. <br />(c) Any new construction on a parcel of land in the exempt <br />area totally vacant at the time of adoption of this provision in <br />September 1958, shall be required to provide one service space and <br />at least one handicapped space. <br />• (d) "Existing floor area" in this section refers to the total <br />existing floor area at the time of adoption of this provision in <br />Page 5 of 9 <br />
