The Tenant or the Occupant shall remove any <br />personal property, equipment or fixtures which they installed, but shall be responsible to <br />the City for any damage resulting from said removal. <br />(14) RULES AND REGULATIONS: The Tenant and the Occupant agree to abide <br />by all ordinances, regulations and rules, now in effect or adopted by the City during the <br />term of this Lease, governing the use and occupancy of the Downtown Mall. <br />(15) OBLIGATIONS OF OCCUPANT: Prior to the use of the kiosk by the <br />Occupant, the Tenant shall provide the Occupant with a copy of this Lease and obtain a <br />written statement from an authorized representative of the Occupant agreeing to abide <br />by the terms and provisions of this Lease. A copy of said statement shall be provided to <br />the City. <br />(16) NOTICES: Any notice given under this Lease shall be in writing and <br />delivered in person or by first class mail, postage prepaid to the following, or to such <br />other address as the City or the Tenant may designate in writing: <br />For the City: <br />City Attorney <br />City Hall, 2nd Floor, Room A270 <br />P.O.
