AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING AND REORDAINING SECTION 34-480 <br />• (USE MATRIX FOR COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS) <br />OF THE CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY CODE, 1990, AS AMENDED, <br />DESIGNATING CERTAIN HEALTH CLINICS AS A BY -RIGHT USE, AND <br />CERTAIN HEALTH CLINICS ALLOWED BY SPECIAL USE PERMIT, <br />IN THE B-1 ZONING CLASSIFICATION. <br />• <br />0 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, that <br />Section 34-480 (Use Matrix) of Article IV (Commercial Districts) of Chapter 34 (Zoning) <br />is hereby amended and reordained to designate the following uses as by -right or special <br />use permit, as indicated below, in the B-1 zoning classification: <br />By right use: <br />Health clinics, including public health clinics (up to 10,000 SF, GFA) <br />By special use permit: <br />Health clinics, including public health clinics (more than 10,000 SF, GFA) <br />Approved by Council <br />February 20, 2007 <br />CquV of City Council <br />
