0 <br />RESOLUTION <br />Whereas, the mission of the Virginia Community College System is to assure <br />that all individuals of the Commonwealth of Virginia are given a continuing opportunity <br />for the development and extension of their skills and knowledge; and <br />Whereas, Piedmont Virginia Community College, one of the twenty-three <br />member colleges of the Virginia Community College System, serves the Piedmont <br />region of the state including Charlottesville; and <br />Whereas, the Virginia Community College System is celebrating Community <br />College Week January 19-25, 1992; <br />Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Charlottesville City Council extends <br />congratulations and best wishes to Piedmont Virginia Community College and the <br />Virginia Community College System and declares January 19-25, 1992, Community <br />College Week in Charlottesville. <br />40 <br />F - "PE '- - <br />� <br />
