Project0250-104-103,PE 101,RW 201,C 501,B 604 <br />UPC 60234 <br />• s. Furnish the DEPARTMENT a schedule of progress, which is proposed to be <br />followed throughout the term of this Agreement. The schedule shall indicate <br />starting and completion times of each significant task for each major phase of <br />this agreement, and shall have the capability of indicating the proposed <br />percentage of completion at any point for each phase, if so required by the <br />DEPARTMENT. <br />2. Should the MUNICIPALITY utilize over $500,000 annually in federal funding, the <br />MUNICIPALITY shall submit a copy of the MUNICIPALITY's Single Program <br />Audit in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133. <br />3. The MUNICIPALITY agrees to fund at least two percent (2%) of the cost of the <br />Project. DEPARTMENT policy will govern the rate of participation for utility <br />• relocations and storm sewers. <br />4. The MUNICIPALITY agrees to comply with the requirements of Appendix B as <br />- well as all applicable Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations <br />when work is performed on the Project at Project expense by its employees, <br />agents, or contractors. <br />5. The DEPARTMENT will coordinate with, cooperate with, and assist the <br />MUNICIPALITY in implementing the Project, and specifically agrees to: <br />a. Review each phase of the Project and respond in an expeditious manner to <br />requests from the MUNICIPALITY for assistance. <br />b. Provide the necessary coordination with the FHWA and other appropriate <br />Federal and State agencies and provide assistance and guidance to the <br />0 6 <br />
