Edwards made a motion to approve the master plan <br />for MCIntire Park and Mr. Towe seconded the motion. <br /> <br /> Mr. Buck stated that he had reservations about adopting <br />Phase II and III of the master plan because no final <br />determination has been made to eliminate the golf course at <br />McIntire Park and because the park activities proposed for <br />Melbourne Road would not be implemented for approximately <br />five years. <br /> <br /> Ms. Waters recommended that the master plan be approved' <br />as a concept plan. <br /> <br /> Rev.
