Leach, his successors and <br /> assigns, to lease the ,house, without further ·alterations, to <br /> a group of no more than ?six .individuals with ~one occupant per <br /> each of the existing six bedrooms. <br /> <br /> This special use permit is also subject to <br /> administrative approval of a final detailed site plan. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING INITIATION OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br /> Mr. Clyde Gouldman,~ Ci~ty Attorney, stated ~that the <br /> property owner's attorney had requested that Council table <br /> the resolution, initiating ~eminent domain proceedings for two <br /> weeks to enable further negotiation. <br /> <br /> It was the consensus of.Council to defer the matter to <br /> the next meeting. ' · <br /> <br />RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF CONTRACT WITH AUDITORS <br /> <br /> Mr. Hendrix stated that staff recommended extending for <br /> one year the contract with the auditors to enable the City <br /> Schools, who are included in the contract, to use the same <br /> firm until changes in their financial sYstem are complete. <br /> <br /> Rev. Edwards made a motion to aPprove~the resolutiOn <br /> authorizing the extension of the .contract With the auditors. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gouldman explained that under the State procurement <br />law the City is required to go to, bid at the completion of a <br />contract date, but exceptional circumstances allow theextend <br />of an existing~ contract. <br /> <br /> Mr. Vandever seconded the motion and the resolution <br />authorizing-.the extension, of~the contract ~with the aUditors <br />was unanimously approved by ~Council. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, ~Virginia, ~that the Mayor~is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />
