This approval is conditioned upon <br />the following: 1) Administrative approval of the site plan~ <br />and 2) Provision of sprinkler system adequate for the <br />building. <br /> <br /> Mr. Huja stated that Council should act on the rezoning <br /> of the property prior to granting the speCial permit. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE: REZONING 1328 RIVERDALE DRIVE FROM R-2 TO R-3 <br />(2nd reading) <br /> <br /> The ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND <br />REENACTING THE DISTRICT MAP INCORPORATED IN SECTION 31-4 OF <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, AS AMENDED, BY THE REZONING OF <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1328 RIVERDALE DRIVE," which was offered <br />at the November 16th meeting, was approved by the following <br />vote.
