32 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Historic Renovation Corporation, Inc. <br />undertook the successful renovation of three fraternity <br />houses in the summer of 1984 and has plans for the <br />renovation of several more; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the renovation concept of the Historic <br />Renovation Corporation, Inc. can serve as a model of a <br />pragmatic solution to similar needs elsewhere, and also <br />as an example of a successful cooperative effort on the <br />part of the city, state and federal agencies on the one hand, <br />and the University on the other; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council <br />of the City of Charlottesville, commends Ray C.
