BaptistBaptist Church, which was offered at the last regular meeting, was adopted by the <br />Church <br />following recorded vote: Ayes: Irr. Gleason, Dr. Haden, Mr. Huff, Mr. Jessup, and <br />idr. Peyton. Noes: None. <br />On motion by Mr. Gleason, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />Resolution - <br />Appropriation BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that <br />Refund of <br />Court Fine $151.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated to refund to the State of <br />Virginia, a state police court fine which was erroneously turned into the <br />City. • <br />T. Gleason, Dr. Maden, i;Ir. Huff, Mr. Jessup, and 1r. Peyton. <br />Minutes of the Meeting of January 2, 1940, were read and approved. <br />Dr. T. S. Engla.r, Dr. E. C. Drash, and 11ir. N. T. Hildreth addressed the Council <br />T. B. in regard to tubercular care for city patients. On motion by Dr. Haden, seconded by <br />Care <br />Mir. Gleason, the folloeing resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that <br />Appropria- X720.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated to the Albemarle Tubercu- <br />tiation for <br />T. B.
