<br />On motion this matter was taken under advisement.
<br />On motion the following resolution was unanimously adopted:
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City os Charlottesville that
<br />a permit to operate a filling station at 901 West :Alain Street be and the
<br />Filling Station same is hereby granted to J. G. Lindsay or the Shell Oil Company, Inc.,

<br />On motion the Council went into Executive Session by the following recorded
