'i. for the purpose of considering: <br />1. Bond Issue Ordinance. <br />2. Appropriation for Retirement of Woolen Mills Sanitary <br />Sewer Bonds. <br />BY ORDER OF: <br />Jas. E. Huff (signed) <br />Clerk President <br />a special meeting of the Council was held on this date with the following members <br />present: Mr. Gleason, Dr. Haden, Mr. Huff, Mr. Jessup, and Mr. Peyton. <br />An ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $1502000.00 <br />ORDINANCE -- OF BONDS OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE TO BE KNOWN AS 'GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, <br />$150,000.00 <br />Bond Issue SERIES OF 19391"s which was offered and read -in the regular meeting of the Council <br />held on May 1, 1939, was again presented, read and adopted by the following recorded <br />vote: Ayes: Mr. Gleason, Dr. Haden, Mr. Huff, Mr. Jessup, and Mr. Peyton.
