POSTING OF HAND -BILLS A14T OTHER LIEF AD TISET.IENTS : (Adopted 'lay 11$1905) BE IT ORDAINED BY TIS COM,7014 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE: That it shall be unlawful to affix any hand hill,poster or zkkm,'advertisements to any bill-board,post or other place in the City,except by paste or tacks,so as to hold the same securely and not allow them to become detached or blown about the streets. Any violation of tris section shall be punished by a fine of not more than five do ($5.00) and the party whose name is attached to or printed on the poster shall be held liable for the fine.
