Any failure to keep premises in sanitary condition shall be punish- <br />able by revoking licenses , or fine not exceeding ten dollars ($10-00), in the discretion of <br />the court. <br />5- Dairies, or the milk supplied from them shall be liable to inspection by the Health <br />Officer and failure to maintain sanitary condition on premises or attempt to sell. adulter- <br />ated Milk,or milk below the standa.rd,shall be punishable by revoking the license,or fine <br />not exceeding ten dollars (, 10.00) , in tT,e discretion of the court. <br />Presented "a-ir 17,1905; Approved 7"ay 17,190 . <br />Yayor. <br />Ail ORDIANCE PRIOVTDTNG FOR T? -TE DISPOSITION OF RETRAINS OF TINS BEINGS IIT TIM CITY OF CILULOTTESVILIZ : <br />(Adopted Yay 11,1905 ) <br />BE IT ORDAIlT^D BY TTIR CO,70N COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF CT ARLOTTT4,SVIL7.E : <br />That, Vie remains of any Duman being dying in the City of Charlottesville,shall not <br />be interr!-d or removed from s•t id City by any undertaker or other party without a written <br />permit frunl the I{ealth officer. <br />The health Officer shall not grant such permit without a written certificate from <br />physician in charge of last illness within 24 hours after death. <br />In case of still born child it shall be the duty of Physician or midwife in charge <br />tc report same, and a permit for burial must be obtained as set forth above. <br />In case of death from any contagious disease,such qs Scarlet Fever ,Diphtheria ,Small- <br />pox,Meningitis,I"easles)etc., the burial must be within 24 sours after death,under direc- <br />tion of the TTealth Officer. <br />Such remains shall not be tai.en into a church or public edifice and must be rurloved <br />only in a regular hearse. Only those obtaining a written permit from the ',,ealth.
