The health Officer shall not grant such permit without a written certificate from physician in charge of last illness within 24 hours after death. In case of still born child it shall be the duty of Physician or midwife in charge tc report same, and a permit for burial must be obtained as set forth above. In case of death from any contagious disease,such qs Scarlet Fever ,Diphtheria ,Small- pox,Meningitis,I"easles)etc., the burial must be within 24 sours after death,under direc- tion of the TTealth Officer. Such remains shall not be tai.en into a church or public edifice and must be rurloved only in a regular hearse. Only those obtaining a written permit from the ',,ealth. Officer may attend the funeral.
