W. Kent and <br />Mr. W. 0. Watson and such otre rs as they shall associate with themselves, a monument <br />to Lewis and Clark, whose cost is to be covered by a' gift of $20,000. already made <br />for that purpose by a patriotic citizen, shall be`placed in the small park at the <br />junction of W.
