180 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION FOR A NONUVENT TO LEWIS AND CLARK TO BE pLAC]M 11 <br />"V_' I DWAY" PARK, <br />I ESOLVED BY THE COIS'ON COUNCIL, THE BOARD OF ALDEMrEN CONCURRING, <br />That under the direction of a committee consisting of Dr. Chas. W. Kent and <br />Mr. W. 0. Watson and such otre rs as they shall associate with themselves, a monument <br />to Lewis and Clark, whose cost is to be covered by a' gift of $20,000. already made <br />for that purpose by a patriotic citizen, shall be`placed in the small park at the <br />junction of W.
