M. Bolton, Commander, to defray the expenses of the confederate <br /> <br />veterans of the City to attend the unveiling of the monument to General Robert E. Jones to bring his <br /> <br />blood hounds to the City on the night of April 12th for the purpose of locating the <br /> <br />murderers of M. A.
