<br />S. blood hounds to the City on the night of April 12th for the purpose 9f locating the
<br />murderers of ?r. A. Thomas, and whereas he ruined one of his automobile tires in
<br />making the trip, therefore be it Resolved, That the sum of $20,p be appropriated to
<br />reimbursehim for the loss of said automobile tire.
