<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL, THE Bd4RD OF ALDERMEN CONCURRING,
<br />That N. A. Stecker is hereby authorized to execute a contract or agr6ement xi.
<br />the County of Albemarle for the purpose of jointly building the concrete pavement
<br />on
<br />Fres Brisge Road, provided the said contract or agreement is consistent with the Tele
<br />ution heretofore adopted by the Council and Board of Aldermen. 1�

<br />AN ORDINANCE A]KEivDING AND REENACTING SECTION 580 OF THE CITY CODE:
<br />BE IT ORDAINEa, BY THE C CWJON COU CIL, THE BOARD OF ALDEFO.13N CONCURRING,
<br />That Sec. 580 of the City Code be amended and re-enacted to reas as follows:
<br />LIVE HOGS
<br />IN CITY LIMITS, It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any live hog within the corporate
<br />limits of the City, or withing one -Quarter of a mile of the City Limits,in pens or
<br />small enclosures unless he or she shall first obtain a written permit of the
<br />president of the Board of Fealth and one member of said Boards Said vresident to
<br />have power to revoke said permit and have any 'hog removed at any time he deems it
<br />prudent for the health or comfort of inhabitants of the community in which any hog
<br />is located. Any person violating this section shall be fined not less than 11.00001
<br />more than $5, for each day such violation continues*
