VIOLATION OF SABBATTr: TTOW PUNISF-TET). <br />Violation of <br />Sabbath. If any person, on the Sabbath day, sells what is commonly known as soft drinks <br />orother beverages, fruits, candies, or ogler confectionaries, or be found laboring <br />at ar!y trade or calling, or employ his apprentices or servante in labor or other <br />business, except in household or other work of necessity or charity, ',a scall be <br />deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction 0,eareof shall be fines not loss <br />than $5. (five dollars) for each offense.
