<br />A Resolution making an appropriation for the State Tuberculosis Sanatorium to be

<br />located at Moore's Brook.

<br />Resolved, by the Common Council, the Board of Aldermen concurring,

<br />That in lieu of tie appropriation of $6,000. heretofore made, the sum of
<br />
<br />$10,500. be and the same is hereby appropriated as the contribution of the City of
<br />
<br />Charlottesville towards the purchase of the Moore's Brook farm for the State
<br />
<br />Tuberculosis Sanatorium, of which amount $7,500. is to be applied towards the
<br />
<br />purchase of the property and the remaining $3,000. towards the laying of the
<br />
<br />required water main, which the City will right to tap the p wherever necessary;
