3`r0 <br />Sec. 46. <br />DiLhIl1S. <br />House drains from a point three feet outside of building to one foot <br />or more above roof are to be <br />constructed of <br />medium cast <br />iron pipe <br />and fittings, <br />not less <br />than four inches in diameter <br />and shall have <br />a minnimum <br />fall of one <br />e i lhth of an <br />inch to <br />a foot and when above ground shall be supported by strong hangors. All waste <br />and vent pipes underground are to be of case iron or lead. <br />Where pipes pass through roofs they shall be flashed with an approved roof <br />flange placed on and made tight* <br />Sanitary "T' S" or Crosses May be used in all vertical lines of soil, and <br />waste pipes where fixtures are close enough to permit use of same. Sanitary 'IT'S" <br />will also be permitted in horixontal runs when used upright, and directly under fix- <br />tures. Double "Y'S" will be permitted in horizontal runs.
