Brown addressed the Council and <br />• <br />stated that they were a committee representing the residaqts of Douglas Avenue and <br />"Fireworks" <br />Cattle vicinity, and wished to protest the proposed change in the ordinance prohibiting the <br />Ordinance <br />- SELLING - DISCHARGING - PENALTY", which was offered at the meeting of the Council <br />keeping of livestock in the City overnight. They stated that in their opinion the <br />ordinance should be kept as is and the time not changed. <br />Mr. A. P. Walker, Attorney, addressed the Council on behalf of Annie Sandridge, <br />Ayes: Mr. Adams, Mr. Gleason, Mr. Nash, Mr. Tebell, and Mr. Watson. Noes: None.
